Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as we typically ship the next day and deliver on the same day.

• Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been shipped.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

1. Goods must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

   • Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Perishable goods or items with expired dates.

• Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items

If your item arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA):

• Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Provide supporting evidence (photo or video).

• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

• Return items to:

Use a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot process refunds without receiving the goods or valid proof of return.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and no additional fees will be charged.

Gifts

• If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.

• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
